The candidate should bring extensive gaffing experience in music videos or commercials, a strong grasp of lighting techniques, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned gaffer with music videos or commercials experience.
• Strong lighting technique and creative problem solving for dynamic scenes.
• Own basic G&E package (lights, stands, diffusers, cables).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DP to execute lighting plans for the shoot.
• Manage grip and electric crew and ensure on-set safety.
• Light for studio and on-location scenes with a futuristic aesthetic.
• Optimize lighting for high-energy performances and narrative sequences.
