Job summary

Opry Entertainment Group is seeking a friendly server to deliver exceptional dining experiences at our legendary music and entertainment venues. You will greet guests, take and input orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure accurate presentations while maintaining high energy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include alcohol service, cash handling, POS transactions, and collaboration with kitchen and bar teams. Prior restaurant experience and a valid alcohol education card are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• POS check and cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly seating and service.
• Take orders, input into POS, and communicate with kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and verify presentation.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and verify IDs as needed.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist with bussing and resetting tables.
• Follow safety, cash handling, and company policies throughout shifts.
