Job summary

ASCAP is seeking a TV Analyst to support the TV Distribution team, ensuring proper crediting of members for performances across audio/visual media. The role collaborating with the TV Team Leader focuses on analyzing television performance data, cue sheets, and promos to ensure accuracy and timely payment to ASCAP members.

Based in New York City with hybrid work (minimum one day in-office per week), you will verify data, upload records, and help integrate music video programming into distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, relevant data analysis experience encouraged.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data.
• Highly organized with prioritization skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with team members.

Responsibilities

• Identify and match cue sheets to performances.
• Request missing or incomplete cue sheets from suppliers.
• Upload missing performances to the performance database.
• Reconcile the station count and data discrepancies in performance data.
• Verify cue sheet content and assign work records for cues.
• Assist with timely resolution of member inquiries.
