Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Wisconsin Marshfield is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist to join our team.

You will provide music-based interventions per plan of care, assess patient response, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to comfort patients and families at end of life. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in music therapy and eligibility/certification (MT-BC, NMR, AMTA) and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited music therapy program with bachelor's degree in music therapy.
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BT) or eligible (MT-BC) or equivalent national certification.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Implement interventions to relieve symptoms and support emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort.
• Educate team, maintain HIPAA compliance, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement.
