St. Croix Hospice in Wisconsin is hiring a compassionate Music Therapist to bring healing through personalized musical experiences.

You will provide music therapy per the plan of care, assess patient responses, and tailor interventions to comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being. This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree in music therapy and certification (MT-BC/MT-BT or NMTR/AMTA) and the ability to pass background checks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in music therapy from an accredited program.
• Board Certified MT-BT or NMTR/AMTA certification.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug tests.
• Commitment to HIPAA and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide music therapy per plan of care; assess patients and determine effectiveness.
• Implement interventions to relieve symptoms and support emotional, physical, and spiritual comfort.
• Educate team and participate in meetings; maintain HIPAA compliance and quality improvement documentation.

Bachelor's degree in music therapy
