Pay Rate: $15.49/hr - $18.99/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $23.09/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

Store Culture & Excellence:

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain students based on community needs.
• Teach using Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with customer service, creating a great experience to build long-term relationships.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Student & Parent Partnership:

• Build trusting relationships through communication, respecting parents' insights.
• Update on student progress regularly.
• Share goals and achievements frequently.

Requirements:

• Experience in Music, Education, or related fields.
• Ability to teach proficiently in instruments like Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the chosen instrument.
