Position: Music Teacher

As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. Your goal will be to increase student count, ensure each student's growth and enjoyment, and foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
2. Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
3. Assist with customer service, helping to build and maintain long-term student relationships by providing a great experience.
4. Engage in additional duties as assigned.
5. Partner with students and families through regular communication, building trusting relationships, and respecting parental input.
6. Communicate student progress and goals to students and parents frequently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to teach proficiency in instruments such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the area of teaching.
