Job Description

As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. Your role involves increasing student count, ensuring each student’s growth and enjoyment in music, and fostering our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
2. Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
3. Assist with customer service, helping to build and maintain long-term student relationships by creating a positive experience.
4. Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress and goals.
5. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in Music, Education, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in an instrument such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc., with demonstrated competency.
3. Ability to teach the instrument proficiently.
