Responsibilities

• Meets and instructs assigned small group classes at the Exceptional Learner Academy as scheduled.
• Plans a program of study that meets individual student needs, interests and abilities.
• Creates a conducive classroom environment and engages students appropriately.
• Guides learning toward district curriculum goals with clear objectives for lessons.
• Prepares for classes and shows evidence of preparation upon request.
• Maintains records and communicates with parents as required.
