Performance Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute a program of study that meets the individual needs, abilities, and interests of all students assigned.
2. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning, appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.
3. Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establish clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects, communicating these to students.
4. Implement the district's philosophy of education and instructional goals through instruction and action.
5. Assist in selecting books, equipment, and instructional materials.
6. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with others.
