You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging music lessons across a range of year groups, tailored to the needs and talents of our pupils. Key Responsibilities:
Delivering well-structured and creative music lessons that meet a variety of educational needs
Assessing, recording and reporting on pupils' progress and attainment
Setting short-term, achievable learning goals in partnership with pupils and parents
Supporting pupils’ personal development and providing guidance on both academic and social matters
Communicating regularly with parents and contributing to reports and references
Actively participating in staff meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing CPD opportunities
