School of Rock Gahanna is seeking a General Manager to lead the Gahanna/New Albany location, ensuring a safe, engaging environment where students thrive and families feel welcomed.

You will oversee instructional and administrative staff, drive enrollment, manage operations, and partner with local organizations to raise the school’s profile and profitability while maintaining high educational standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management, sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
• Strong customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and staff recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience for students and parents, delivering strong engagement and maximizing student enrollment
• Oversee and guide a team of instructional and administrative staff to cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment while delivering a high quality educational experience
• Supporting and/or managing the school sales and enrollment
• Manage the creation of high-quality events to foster a sense of community, motivate students, and ensure their continued participation.
• Provide top-quality customer service, including billing, schedule management, and clear and timely communication
• Be a Brand Ambassador. Build relationships in the local community, networking with local businesses, service organizations, and other educational institutions, to increase visibility, create performance opportunities, and drive the business.
• Hire and onboard staff members. This includes recruiting and training to ensure they are successful in their roles and contribute to the success of the school.
• Promote Diversity and Inclusion to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all individuals.
• Deliver results through the management of educational and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage the marketing, sales, and promotions to drive school and student success
• Manage staff and school facilities to ensure a safe experience for all students. This includes maintaining staff compliance with safety standards and following protocols.
