Job summary

Cappella Music Academy, part of Ensemble Schools, is seeking a friendly, professional part-time front desk member to support the Tacoma and Gig Harbor locations. The role serves as the primary contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 12:15pm–8:45pm at either Gig Harbor or Tacoma. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, scheduling, and enrollment processing skills; an interest in music education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Interest in music and music education is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and help keep teachers on schedule.
• Respond to scheduling calls and emails from students and families.
• Process enrollments; leverage sales skills.
• Interface with teachers to manage student schedules.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
