Ensemble Schools is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator for The Music Box in Lafayette, LA. This part-time role involves serving as the primary contact for students, families, and teachers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with a detail-oriented, reliable approach.

Pay starts at $11/hour with 401(k) matching after 30 days and health benefits for part- and full-time staff. Availability Mon-Thu 4pm-8pm; Sat 9:30am-2pm. Enthusiasm for music is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication talents.
• Strong typing skills and advanced Mac computer proficiency.
• Technology savvy with a passion for small business.

Responsibilities

• Corresponding with clients, potential clients, and internal team via phone, text, email or in person.
• Advocating for the business and promoting each avenue to clients and community.
• Assist students and families with needs and manage enrollment and calendar changes.
• Monitor and support teaching team for timely lessons and event execution.
• Assist with facilities maintenance and other duties as assigned.
