Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic data entry and formulas.
• Ability to review and summarize contract terms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with researching and gathering information.

Responsibilities

• Learn the process of song registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.
• Compile metadata and download audio assets for filings.
• Review client agreements to record revenue share in the master rights system.
• Identify top assets for priority registration and allocation.
• Review SoundExchange conflict queue and verify rights in Salesforce.
• Draft outreach to third parties to resolve ownership disputes.
• Other duties as assigned.
