The Music Publishing Manager (Bilingual) manages the development of new Spanish and bilingual music that is integral to OCP's music publishing catalog, also assisting with English repertoire. The MPMB interfaces with composers in the onboarding and development of music that meets Music Publishing Creative's needs and aligns with the company's strategic plans and sales goals. This role is responsible for transcribing, editing and arranging music, ensuring alignment with OCP's high publishing standards. The MPMB also serves as a subject matter expert and advocate for new Spanish-language and bilingual music, interfacing with and supporting the Products and Label verticals of OCP as needed. As OCP's Spanish-language and bilingual repertoire continues to expand in volume, complexity, and strategic importance, this role requires advanced creative, technical, and linguistic expertise to meet organizational standards and growth objectives.
