Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in music, business, accounting, or ministry preferred.
• Experience coordinating church music, worship teams, or similar programs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the church’s music ministry and programs.
• Schedule musicians, vocalists, and worship teams.
• Maintain organized library of sheet music and worship resources.
• Assist with preparing lyrics and worship materials.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
• Support administration and ministry planning with staff and volunteers.
• Communicate schedules and expectations to participants.
