Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, owner of House of Blues, Dallas, seeks energetic servers to deliver outstanding guest experiences during busy shows. You will take orders, suggest drinks, upsell menu items, and handle payments with POS systems while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced venue.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in customer-facing roles, ability to work late hours, and knowledge of responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ work experience in a people-facing role.
• Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and deliver beverages and menu items.
• Upsell drinks and menu items to increase guest satisfaction and sales.
• Process payments using the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels.
• Assist other staff as needed.
