Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment is hiring for a Bartender/Server role at House of Blues in San Diego. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver beverages while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. You should be familiar with cocktail service, basic food service, and responsible alcohol service, using a POS system for payments.
Flexibility for late hours is required, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a live music setting.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of cocktail tray service and basic food service.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and drink garnishes.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs.
- Take orders and process payments per policy.
- Deliver drinks and maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and identify intoxicated guests.
- Support other staff as needed.
