Nettwerk Music Group seeks a Fan Engagement Intern to join our Nashville-based team. This part-time role translates youth culture and fandom into engaging social content, from fan research to content creation and trend-driven strategies for our artists.

You will collaborate with the Fan Engagement team to brainstorm ideas, publish posts, and test engagement tactics across platforms. 10–15 hours/week with potential cross‑functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Immersed in online culture and fandoms with social platforms.
• Basic proficiency with short-form video editors and posting to socials.
• Interest in using analytics to inform content decisions.
• Self-starter with strong time-management and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn digital music marketing and fan communities.
• Familiarity with Nettwerk’s artist roster and digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Support artist fan and niche accounts with content ideas and scheduling.
• Identify trends and sounds to build engaging fan page strategies.
• Publish content and test engagement tactics across platforms.
• Research content creators and superfans for campaigns and invites.
• Create and batch short-form social assets for artists.
• Capture iPhone content at Nettwerk shows or events for fan pages.
• Assist the team with tasks and explore cross-functional opportunities.
