Momentum Worldwide seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead experiential activations and music/venue partnerships for a New York-based client. You’ll manage client, property, and agency relationships, and guide activations from start to finish while developing the client’s portfolio across the entertainment space.

The role emphasizes leadership across a cross-functional team, budget oversight, and leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing and experiential experience.
• Agency experience a plus.
• Experience managing/training/mentoring junior team members.
• Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving objectives.
• Experience building and managing budgets.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support for a portfolio of partners, managing relationships with client(s), entertainment properties and partners, and external agency partners.
• Manage various projects and activations through planning, execution, and post-event recapping.
• Maintain financials, including billing, invoicing, tracking, and reporting, within budget and procedures.
• Build and manage relationships across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely information flow for programs.
• Support fulfilment of sponsorship deliverables and provide consultative feedback to the client.
