Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our Account Services team. This senior-level leadership role is ideal for someone with significant past experience in the inner workings of cross-functional teams and project management, client communication strategy, and a strong foundation in event workflow. The Senior Account Manager will own and manage cross-functional players within the organization while representing the interests and needs of their clients, leading the successful execution of experiential marketing campaigns from concept to completion. Growing and retaining client relationships is a vital part of this role, and the Senior Account Manager is expected to work autonomously with little to no supervision, reporting to the Vice President of the Account Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and events. Provide day-to-day guidance to internal cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met for project success.
  • Client Relations: Lead daily client interactions, meetings, and communications, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback. Understand client objectives to deliver tailored marketing solutions, recommendations, and presentations. Build strong rapport and networking with the client and within the organization with growth in mind. Regularly report on project status and financials to clients and agency leadership.
  • Management Duties: May have direct reports depending on the scope of the work to oversee and provide day to day leadership, guidance, and support across cross-functional teams. Delegate performance of managerial support tasks or portions of projects to junior team members, and be a source of inspiration to junior team members.
  • Project Management & Reporting: Work cross-functionally to manage project budgets with production and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project execution. Prepare and maintain project status reports and client deliverables.
  • Live Events & Onsite Operations: Lead in client management and take ownership of logistic needs, ensuring successful project execution. Anticipate client interactions and expectations.
