Job summary

The University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music seeks a Program Manager to support the Music Education and Keyboard Divisions. This on-site, 100% FTE position reports to the CCM Business Office and divisional leadership, coordinating a wide range of academic, financial, and operational activities.

Required are a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of program coordination experience; seven years can substitute for education. Salary range is $47,800–$58,510 with strong benefits.

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years of related experience may substitute education.
• Strong budgeting, data analysis, and reporting skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support academic and co-curricular programs for Music Education and Keyboard Divisions.
• Monitor data to assess progress toward program objectives and suggest improvements.
• Maintain budget, prepare contracts, and monitor expenditures and financial reports.
• Provide financial administrative support in collaboration with CCM Business Office.
• Manage enrollment data, compile statistics, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts for students and program participants.
• Communicate with students, staff, faculty, alumni, external agencies, and other departments.
• Coordinate events such as recitals and workshops; support committees.
