Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Katy, TX seeks an energetic instructor to lead 50-minute, music-driven Pilates classes that challenge clients safely while keeping them engaged.

You will provide coaching, form corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels, build genuine relationships, and contribute to a welcoming studio culture.

The role includes completing the instructor training and participating in ongoing education, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in group fitness is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Completion of the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training, which may be held locally or at one of our Regional Training and Support Centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that deliver a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications to clients of all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every class.
