Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an energetic instructor to lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes at our Katy, TX studio. You will coach clients of all levels, provide form corrections, and create an energetic, welcoming environment.

You will participate in ongoing training, engage with members to strengthen community, and represent the JETSET brand with professionalism. CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification or able to obtain before teaching independently.
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes delivering a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all fitness levels.
• Foster a welcoming studio environment, build client relationships, and deliver hospitality aligned with the JETSET brand.
• Represent the JETSET brand in all interactions and participate in team meetings and events.
