Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking energetic instructors to lead 50-minute music-driven Pilates classes in a vibrant Austin studio. You will provide personalized coaching, correct form, and modify exercises for all fitness levels while maintaining an engaging, professional environment.

As a valued team member, you’ll build genuine client relationships, uphold the JETSET brand, and participate in ongoing training. CPR/AED certification and a willingness to complete the 5-day Training Academy are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
• Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes with a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for clients of all fitness levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every class.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming studio environment.
• Represent the JETSET brand by embodying its values during and outside the studio.
