Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled WAU student registered for at least 12 credits.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
• Member of Columbia Collegiate Chorale, Pro Musica, or NEYE.
• Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to read music, preferable with piano skills.
• Familiarity with notation software such as Sibelius, Finale, Noteflight, etc.
• Must be available on weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department of Music with office-related functions such as photocopying, program creation, locker management, instrument inventory, etc.
• Acquisition, filing, sorting, distribution of choral and orchestral music
• Assist with music department events such as recitals, concerts, and Music Fest
