Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Contract Administration Manager in New York to analyze and summarize contracts with digital service partners. You will code detailed summaries and track key deadlines, collaborating with Copyright, Finance, Reporting and Royalties to ensure accurate data delivery.

You should have at least 2 years of contract-reading or paralegal experience, preferably in entertainment. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a global music company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience reading and summarizing contracts.
• Entertainment/music industry experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, timely, and accurate.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Create and code detailed contract summaries in SME’s contract system.
• Ensure summary data meets requirements of various SME departments, including Copyright and Finance.
• Track deadlines through contract terms.
• Communicate with departments and develop knowledge-management reports.
• Assist with due diligence, document production and audits.
• Perform special projects for Business and Legal Affairs.
