You will bridge operations with data science and engineering, defining infrastructure and human-in-the-loop processes for high-impact decisions. You will drive the transition to hybrid agentic systems, manage multiple workflows, and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or technical product roles with AI/ML exposure.
• Translate operational problems into ML requirements with data scientists/engineers.
• Experience with prompt evaluation or agentic automation in content workflows.
• Familiarity with content classification and risk tradeoffs for human review.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple workstreams on schedule.
• Experience evaluating model outputs and building evaluation metrics.
• Design or specify review tooling that shows AI inputs to humans.
• Knowledge of core analytics principles (sampling, hypothesis testing).
• Able to deliver executive narratives and presentations.
• Led ambiguous initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution to scale curation through models and automation.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop agents for day-to-day work.
• Define infrastructure to support agents and orchestration within workflows.
• Shape future operating model for autonomous vs human-in-loop decisions.
• Translate challenges into actionable specs for engineering teams.
• Break down problems into prioritized workstreams and sequence by impact.
• Evaluate proposals and model outputs with design reviews and eval frameworks.
• Develop human-in-the-loop tooling for reviewers to validate AI outputs.
