Apple Music is seeking a Music Content Operations AIML Program Lead to scale curation through models, agents, and automation. You will drive the transition from manual workflows to a hybrid system where machines handle routine tasks and humans focus on high-priority decisions.

Sitting at the intersection of operations and AI, you will align data science and engineering, define infrastructure, and translate operational reality into concrete requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or technical product roles with AI/ML workflows.
• Experience translating operational problems into ML requirements with data scientists and engineers.
• Exposure to LLM-based workflows, prompt evaluation, or agentic automation.
• Familiarity with content classification and content-risk tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with on-time delivery.
• Experience designing or specifying review tooling for AI inputs.
• Understanding of analytics principles (sampling, hypothesis testing).

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution plan to scale curation with models, agents, and automation.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop agents for day-to-day curation tasks.
• Establish infrastructure to support, integrate, and orchestrate agents over time.
• Define future operating model for when agents handle work autonomously.
• Translate challenges into actionable specs for engineering and data science.
• Break down problems into well-scoped, prioritized workstreams.
• Evaluate proposals and model outputs through design reviews and eval frameworks.
• Design human-in-the-loop tooling for reviewers to validate AI outputs.
• Run ROI and impact analyses to prioritize automation leverage.
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Editorial, Analytics, and Operations teams.
