Penn State’s School of Music seeks an Admissions and Academic Program Coordinator to support undergraduate recruitment, student success, and academic operations. You will guide students from audition to graduation while coordinating enrollment, scheduling, and classroom management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support undergraduate recruitment, student records, and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate auditions and manage scheduling, communications, and evaluations.
• Maintain confidential records and collaborate with Registrar's Office and other departments.
