Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Customer service experience not required but welcomed (hospitality, hotel, corporate lobby, theme park, or similar)
• Experience operating walk-through and handheld metal detectors
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• State BSIS Guard Card and 32hr trainings (can be obtained during hiring)
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and focus
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors professionally
• Conduct security screenings with walk-through and handheld detectors
• Provide welcoming, professional presence across the venue
• Assist with directions, inquiries, and visitor support
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency teams
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access to secure areas and protect property
• Monitor ingress/egress for guests and staff
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement when needed
• Ensure overall safety of individuals and property
• Coordinate with site management and security teams

Responsibilities of Concierge Security Guard

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Conduct security screenings using walk-through and handheld metal detectors, including wanding individuals as needed, to detect prohibited or unauthorized items and maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence across the venue
• Assist with directions, general inquiries, and visitor support
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats and coordinate emergency teams
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and protect property and exhibits
• Control ingress and egress for both guests and employees
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Collaborate with site management and the security team to ensure site safety

Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Customer service experience not required but welcomed (hospitality, hotel, corporate lobby, theme park, or similar. We want you!)
• Previous security experience operating walk-through and handheld metal detectors.
• Maintain Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
