GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Mountain View, CA. The role centers on exceptional customer service within a fast-paced events environment, interacting with visitors across shifts, and ensuring high standards of security and guest experience.

You will handle access control, wander through campus locations, and respond to incidents while maintaining a welcoming, professional presence for high-end clients.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license and BSIS 32hr trainings (additional trainings during hiring)
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Flexible availability: able to work any day, any shift; no guaranteed schedules

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
