GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a dedicated Concierge Security Officer in Los Angeles to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will greet visitors, verify identities, control access, and perform routine patrols to identify risks.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, prompt incident reporting, and coordination with emergency teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation.
• Customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Experience in security is a plus; BSIS Guard Card holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity; guide visitors.
• Manage access control and monitor entrances.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
• De-escalate situations when needed.
• Enforce facility access rules and request non-employees to leave.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-Time Day Shift, Saturday / 8:30am-2:00pm & Monday-Friday / 9:00am-5:30pm

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Must be able to de-escalate scenarios
• Must be capable of enforcing facility access rules, including asking non-employees or unauthorized persons to leave the property.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
