Job summary

The Art Institute of Chicago offers a Museum Scholar internship for eligible undergraduates who have completed the McMullan Family Foundation Summer Intensive program. The role involves engaging in scholarly work, research, and hands-on project development within the Research Center and Academic Engagement and Research departments.

• Eligible undergraduate students who’ve completed the McMullan Family Foundation Summer Intensive program.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Interest in museum scholarship and research.

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects as assigned by host department.
• Off site visits with museum mentor and host department.
• Weekly meetings with museum mentor.
• Group research trip participation and project development.
