Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible audience development and partnership experience.
• Spanish fluency highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Chicago and its neighborhoods preferred.
• Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops a neighborhood engagement strategy to reflect Chicago's diversity.
• Uses data to identify priorities and drives attendance through outreach.
• Strengthens partnerships with libraries, parks, and civic organizations.
• Cultivates and manages a portfolio of civic and community partners.
• Plans and executes strategic events and outreach to engage partners.
• Collaborates across departments to align neighborhood engagement with institutional priorities.
