Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of Museum Programming, National Geographic Live, and Speakers Bureau events.
  • Maintain team information and project management tools; update calendars and records.
  • Coordinate travel, booking, invoices, and expense reimbursements for events.
  • Provide production support and align events with marketing materials and channels.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and assist with special projects.
