Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos is seeking a Protective Service Professional to support the Manager of Protective Services and help ensure a safe environment for Tribal Members, visitors, and staff. The role includes patrolling, guiding visitors, managing traffic, and responding to emergencies with CPR/AED as needed.

The position also involves monitoring CCTV, filing security reports, and coordinating with local authorities during events to maintain security for museum and site operations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong public interaction skills and the ability to engage with visitors and staff.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and remain alert during shifts.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Watch over visitors, staff, and museum assets and equipment.
• Patrol museum premises, including outdoors in inclement weather.
• Direct and inform visitors; manage traffic and wayfinding.
• Provide crowd control and security for major events.
• Maintain access control to restricted areas and report suspicious activity.
• Complete security incident reports for injuries or incidents at the museum.
