About The Opportunity

The Estimator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, competitive, and comprehensive project estimates for complex, multi-million-dollar projects. This role requires deep knowledge of construction and fabrication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Location: Lorton, VA (on-site, Monday–Friday).

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for large-scale, multi-year projects.
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to define scope of work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Partner with project managers to provide cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and competitive.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and methods; contribute to continuous improvement in estimating practices.
