Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in the duties listed above.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and high manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems (excluding behind-the-wall work).
• Assist HVAC Technicians with maintaining heating and utility systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain fixtures and equipment including sinks, toilets, and urinals.
