Job summary

The Bronx Children's Museum is seeking a dependable Museum Operations & Facilities Associate to help keep the building clean, safe, stocked, and welcoming for children and families each day.

You will work with the Operations & Exhibits team across public spaces, exhibits, offices, and storage, handling custodial tasks, supply restocking, and event support during museum hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, exhibit spaces, lobby, restrooms, offices, staff areas, and meeting spaces.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Support exhibit readiness and daily cleanup between sessions and events.
• Assist with deliveries, setup, and breakdown for programs and special events.
• Monitor safety and report any hazards to the Operations Manager.
