Job summary

Senator John Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including bathrooms, floors, dusting and general upkeep. This role reports to the Director of Facilities and requires a strong work ethic and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma with at least two years of housekeeping experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with minimum of two years of housekeeping experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to be a multi-team player and work independently with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility including bathrooms, floor care (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet scrubbing), dusting, wall care, and daily refuge.
• Perform duties required for the efficient operation of the facility.
• Report to the Director of Facilities and work as part of a full-time team.
