Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Make beds, change linens, and restock all room amenities and supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and sanitize all guest room areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas as needed, including hallways and common spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including detailed room care and periodic maintenance (e.g., filters, touch-up cleaning).
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and carts, ensuring they are fully stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and providing friendly service.
• Report maintenance issues or room deficiencies to management.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel operational standards.
• Ensure secure handling of guest belongings and report lost and found items properly.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
