Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across apartment communities in the Borough of Whitehall—Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time, on-site role involves cleaning leasing offices, clubhouses, amenities, and vacant apartments to create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces, preparing vacants, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in apartment communities.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and proper use of equipment.

• Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Clean restrooms, fitness centers, and amenity spaces as assigned.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, cabinets, and appliances.

• Report maintenance concerns, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate team member.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and use equipment and chemicals safely.
