The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and involves working in the Long Branch, General Store, and Gift Shop.

You will assist in sales, ticketing, inventory, and online store support while maintaining a welcoming environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail and customer service experience, with some supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
• Friendly and professional manner with strong customer service skills.
• Good decision-making skills and reliability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, handle sales, ticketing, and tourism information.
• Support the Gift Shop Manager in day-to-day retail operations.
• Train and support gift shop personnel.
• Tag and label merchandise and ensure proper stocking and displays.
• Assist with online store orders, inventory accuracy, and POS troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment and support weekend operations.
• Participate in year-end inventory and multi-area coverage.
