Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in either museum exhibitions coordination or publications production.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project tracking tools, and standard office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with thorough records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exhibitions and publications projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate agreements.
• Identify and resolve project issues and track deliverables through the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with curatorial, registration, design, education, communications and external partners.
