Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Visionary leadership with ability to set and pursue strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plan aligned with the museum's mission.
• Oversee exhibitions, educational programs, visitor services, and facilities management.
• Lead budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation.
• Lead fundraising, donor cultivation, grants, and sponsorship development.
• Build partnerships with local, regional, and national cultural institutions.
