Qualifications

• Two years of bussing experience is required.
• Previous barista experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
• Clears dirty table settings and resets tables as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations and condiments.
• Serves guests beverages, breads and butter; replenishes as necessary.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks and restocks side stands.
• Greets and seats guests and handles special guest requests.
