Qualifications

• Six months of custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, polishing, dusting, cleaning glass, and using cleaners and tools as appropriate.
• Empties trash and disinfects containers.
• Moves, rearranges, and dusts furniture and fixtures.
• Keeps outdoor entryways and sidewalks clean by sweeping, hosing, and pressure washing as needed.
• Cleans and waxes flooring using industrial equipment and cleaners.
• Reads event forms and assists with setup/breakdown of tables, chairs, and AV equipment for events.
• Assists with lawn care and operates equipment like mowers, weed eaters, and blowers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
