Qualifications
4+ years in Front Office production or trade support.
Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 or similar trading platforms.
Exposure to trading environments and interaction with Front Office users.
Responsibilities
Act as key contact for traders and business users.
Investigate trade lifecycle issues and analyze P&L and risk discrepancies.
Monitor system activity and troubleshoot pricing issues.
Create and manage vendor tickets providing detailed reproduction steps.
Maintain runbooks and documentation, track recurring issues.
